Fastest Century in IPL For KKR

The century made by any batter in the IPL is the biggest achievement for him. When a batter struck a century, then it enhances its fame and profile. The victorious probability of the squad rises the more hundreds a player achieves for a certain club. But in this case, Kolkata Knight Riders batters have a terrible record in making centuries since 2008 and only two of them achieved this feat. A KKR batsman's connection to a hundred is actually so miserable that it defies belief. Only two batsmen from the Kolkata Knight Riders have ever reached the one-hundred-run mark in the IPL. Only two batters of KKR have achieved a century after playing more than 1000 games in the history of IPL.

Brendon McCullum of Kolkata Knight Riders recorded the first IPL century against Royal Challengers Bangalore on April 18, 2008, at M. Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bangalore. After a long break of 15 years, Venkatesh Iyer repeated the history of the Kolkata Knight Riders. Since that time, no batter from Kolkata has been able to accomplish the same feat. In the list of making the centuries for KKR, Venkatesh Iyer is the second player who has achieved this feat and repeated the history.
