A brilliant bowler, who took part in Australia first class cricket, turned down most of the batsman’s head. At the age of 19 he took a place in Western Australian team. His rapid rise in the first class cricket called him to the Australia’s XI squad and had a good sporting in the turf of England. When Australia was reeling for 117 for 9 this debutant entered the ground. His debut was so memorable which he hit 98, highest score ever by debutant in Australia. And he took the team into the lead of more than 50 runs, but his effort fell short of whisker with just 2 runs and a debut century. Agar is from Sri Lankan background with a 178 cm tall and his physical attributes suggest him that left arm spinner is suitable for him. He had been in the team as a backup spinner behind Aston Turner for the U19 team, more quickly he developed the qualities to be a lead spinner of the team. Other than cricket Ashton studies Law in Dean University. Still has a lot to come in his cricket career and he has to face failure and success as same and equal.
