Keenan Stadium

Keenan Stadium is one of the major cricket stadiums in India. The multi-purpose stadium is situated in Jamshedpur and is presently used for the cricket matches mostly. It’s owned by leading Indian business house Tata Steel and is named after Mr. John Keenan, one of the former GMs of the company. The stadium was founded in the year 1939 and has been hosting Ranji matches for Bihar & currently Jharkhand. It has also hosted ten One Day international cricket matches. The first ODI in Keenan Stadium was in the year 1983 between West Indies and India. The last ODI at the ground was in the year 2006.
