Poor Batting from Netherlands results to a loss against Scotland - Netherlands tour of Scotland saw the second One Day International match being played at the Glasgow stadium. After winning the toss the Netherlands decided to field first in the match. The Scottish team lost their 1st wicket in the 7th over of the game. Soon after 2 overs the Dutch got their second success. Soon the home team were in a danger of losing wickets early but Calum Macleod and Preston Mommsen made sure that their team are back on track. Both the players almost had a partnership of 100 runs. Later in the game MacLeod took the charge to the bowlers as he scored 145 runs in the innings to make sure that his team scores massive 317 runs. Ahsan Malik was the star bowler in the match as he took 6 wickets.

The Dutch team is a strong batting side as it has been seen in previous matches. The team got a good start scoring 52 runs in just 7 overs but they also lost 2 wickets.
