In the ICC T20 World Cup 2021, Pakistan met Scotland for the 41st match where Pakistan batter Shoaib Malik added an undefeated 54 runs in just 18 balls which helped them to achieve a winning total of 189 and Shoaib became Man of the Match.

Shadab Khan comes in 2nd place for making the fastest 50 runs in the T20 international for Pakistan. He achieved this accomplishment in just 20 balls while performing against South Africa in Sydney in 2022. In the ICC T20 World Cup 2022, Pakistan met South Africa for the 36th match where Pakistani lower-order batter Shadab Khan added the quickest 52 runs in 22 balls which helped them to achieve a winning total of 185 runs.
