1. Tamim Iqbal

Tamim Iqbal holds the record of making the fastest century in Test cricket for Bangladesh.  He added this incredible feat in just 94 balls while performing against England in the Lord’s in 2010. England welcomed Bangladesh in 2010 to play a test series where both nations gathered at the Lord’s for the 1st test. Bangladesh batter Tamim Iqbal added 103 runs in the second innings while following on but could not save the match.

2. Soumya Sarkar

Soumya Sarkar is listed in 2nd place for contributing the quickest hundred in test cricket for Bangladesh. He made this record in just 94 balls in the match against New Zealand in Hamilton in 2018-19. During Bangladesh’s visit to New Zealand, both the teams stood against each other in the 1st test. Bangladesh got the chance to bat first and its batter Soumya Sarkar added 149 runs in 171 balls including the fastest century of his test career but unfortunately, could not save the match.

3. Mominul Haque

Mominul Haque is sitting in the 3rd position for hitting the fastest hundred in the Test for Bangladesh. He gave this incredible performance in the match against New Zealand in Chittagong where he took only 98 balls to complete his century and thus made the fastest 100 of his test career. In 2013, New Zealand came to Bangladesh to play a test series where both nations faced each other for the 1st test and Mominu Haque added 181 runs in the 1st innings.

4. Tamim Iqbal

Tamim Iqbal is standing at the number 4th position for making the fastest century in the Test for Bangladesh. He made this feat in 100 balls while performing against England in Manchester in 2010. During  Bangladesh’s tour to England, both squads met for the 2nd test where Tamim Iqbal in the first innings played well and added 108 runs including but could not save the match.  

5. Tamim Iqbal              

Tamim Iqbal is listed in the fifth position for making the record of the fastest century in Test cricket for Bangladesh. He did this incredible job in just 100 balls while facing the New Zealand bowlers in Hamilton in 2019. New Zealand welcomed Bangladesh for a test series where both met on the soil of Hamilton for a test match. Bangladesh batter Tamim Iqbal again showed his talent and made 126 runs but again it was not enough to win the match.
