The 8th match of the HRV Twenty 20 series will be played between Wellington Firebirds and Central Stags on 22nd November 2013 at Westpac Stadium, Wellington. The match is scheduled to get started at 7:10 pm (local time). This is the second match for Wellington Firebirds; therefore they might have gained a little experience from their last match and will not commit the same mistakes. That is why the players are trying hard to work on their skills and make sure that they are quick as well as alert on the field. The long hours of practice sessions are definitely proving helpful as each one can work on their weak areas and become efficient players. The key player of this team is Grant Elliot who is an all rounder. He is not only an excellent batsman but a good player who can cope with the tough situations and motivate the other players as well. The team is united and has the ability to do perform well.

Central Stags are known for their incomparable combination of team members that consists of young players and experienced players. The team is very strong and includes players like Ben Smith who is a top order batsman. As a top order batsman, his first and foremost aim is to give a decent start to the team which is very important. If the batsman is able to utilize the first five overs, the match goes in their control. He has the ability to carry the entire match on his shoulders and once he gets settled on the field, it will be difficult to stop the team from chasing the target or setting a big goal for their oppositions.

Hence this match will surely be a rocking one as some great performances are to be expected from key players of both teams.
