The Northern Knights vs. Auckland Aces HRV Series T20 Match will take place on 10th January, 2014. The match between the Knights and the Aces will be held at the Seddon Park Stadium in Hamilton, South Africa. The match will start at 7:10 pm in the evening. The Seddon Park Stadium is also the home ground to the Northern Knights. The capacity of this stadium is 10,000. You can also catch this match live on TV on Sky Sports Channel. The Northern Knights have Scott Styris as their captain and Grant Bradburn as their coach. They have won the State Championship also known as the Shell Trophy about eight times and the Ford Trophy seven times. They have played in previous HRV series as well. Some of the highlighted players of the team include James Marshall, Kane Williamson, Daniel Flynn, Hamish Marshall, Bard Hodge, Scott Styris, Daniel Vettori, Brent Arnel, Tim Southee, James Foster and Peter McGlashen. All of the above mentioned players have considerable experience in international cricket as well.

The Auckland Aces are a great domestic New Zealand Cricket team too. Their list of accolades is never ending. The Auckland Aces play well under the captaincy of Gareth Hopkins. Matt Horne is their coach. The Aces are twenty six times winner of the State Championship known as the Plunket Shield. Moreover, they have also won the Ford Trophy nine times and the HRV cup three times. In 2011 and 2012 the Aces won the HRV cup twice in a row. They are one of the most prominent domestic cricket teams of New Zealand.
