2. Kapil Dev (22 balls)

The former Indian Skipper, Kapil Dev holds 2nd place in the list for achieving the quickest 50 in ODI for India. In 1982-83, Kapil Dev struck a fastest 50 in just 22 balls while playing against West Indies at Albion. He made this amazing effort against the formidable bowling attack comprising Michael Holding, Malcolm Marshall, and Andy Roberts. India scored 282 runs in that match and finally won the match by 27 runs.

3. Virender Sehwag (22 balls)
