Mumbai Indians won the Pepsi IPL 2013

It was the day for Mumbai Indians. They defeated world's best IPL Team Chennai Super kings by 23 runs. Mumbai Indians gave the target of 149 runs but due to early blow from Lasith Malinga, Chennai Super Kings were in deep trouble and at one time it was looking like CSK will be bowled out below 100 but  you can not predict any time until you get the wicket of Mahendra Singh Dhoni. MSD stood at one end and he tried his best to bring their team in the game but unfortunately they could not create any long partnership and resulted in a 23 runs loss. Kieron Pollard got man of the match award for his unbeaten 60 runs.

It was a great day for Mumbai Indians. After the Match Sachin Tendulkar announced that this was his last IPL match and it's never to late. He and his team mates were very very happy because they waited 6 long years to hold the trophy.

Congratulations to Rohit Sharma and His team !!
Kudos to Mumbai team for their impeccable performance at the Eden gardens ground. Surely them have been consistent performer for the IPL game. On the other hand the efforts of CSK cannot be neglected.

sachin waited for that moment and now he retires from ipl too.......

It is really sad to see that Sachin is leaving the various forms of cricket. Now he is only playing the test matches. The charisma that sachin created for decades is now lost, because he is no more on the fields.

Out of the 125 runs scored, Dhoni scored 63, CSK would have probably won if someone else scored more runs along with Dhoni.

_Yes Dhoni always puts of great performance every time he come on the field. But it was a dismal situation that none of the players of his performance good in that game and that resulted in their defeat. The need of the hour was to play smoother.

_Team like CSK can easily score the 125 score, But they struggled to cope up with the falling wickets. I think the news of fixing detroited their moral and that may have resulted in the downfall of the CSK in the final tournament. Match fixing scandal still haunts many teams and players. 

 

So let’s see what happens and we are hoping that this tension of missing is quickly finish, because it is hurting cricket badly.
