Here is the list of players those who have taken maximum wickets in ICC champions trophy. First is Muttiah Muralidaran, the spin wizard and he is followed by the Kyle Mills.

Since this event is happening after a long gap, we can see few new faces, but still they need to play lot number of matches to come to this level. There are several new faces that have come around the world, I am expecting to see few new names in the list. 
This Champions Trophy will surely witness a lot of changes in the table.
Most of the players already left playing, few of them not good enough to be picked and few have taken rest and time out from this trophy.
Few from the list will be playing and chances for Shane Watson to rise up in the list is more as he already has something in his favor.
Another one without any doubt should be our yorker specialist Lasith Malinga who is expected to better his scalps.
Sunil Narine and R Ashwin is expected to make an entry in the list after looking at their current form and M Johnson cannot be neglected at all.
Only thing is that Conditions will be different while playing Champions Trophy and the bowlers will need to adapt accordingly and bowl well for their respective team.
If they bowl well and at right areas along with good line and length, they will surely get rewarded.
There is no doubt there will be few names from South Africa like Dale Steyn and West Indies like Ravi Rampaul and many others.
It is not my disregard to them by not mentioning their name but in general.
Sri Lanka should be looking something from their mystery spinner too.
We will surely see what happens.
