So this was the High scoring match that we saw just before
the final list of semifinalist. Finally the Antigua Hawksbills managed to score
some good scores, but this good score was nullified by the batting attack of
the Guyana Amazon Warriors. So little bit rain fell on this pitch in the night.
When Antigua Hawksbills came for batting their top order this time performed
very well. Players like Kieran Powell; Marlon Samuels played good innings and
scored 47 and 43 respectively. Sunil Narine was the most economical bowlers
from the Guyana side and he just gave 13 runs in 4 overs, but he could not able
to get a wicket.
So finally Antigua was able to score a total of 166 runs for
the loss of 6 wickets. Now Guyana Amazon had to chase this high total and they
did proper justification with the score. All the players in their teams
contributed to make this win happen and they showed why they are at the top of
the game. One such batsman whose name is worth mentioning here is the Mohammad
Hafeez who scored 50 runs at just 23 balls. So they won the game by 5 wickets.
