Brendon McCullum The only batsman whose wicket is so precious for the team which is playing against NewZeland. An opening batsman in the team got a lot of experience but still plays as a new player on the team and creates a lot of tension when he enters the field, Brutal brash and brilliant to watch. Standing behind the stumps watches all over the ground and places the players at the correct places to stop runs at the correct time when it is required to do. Lighting the tournament with tarnishing balls all over the ground with his 158 he impressed the audiences all over the ground. Plays the scoop shots very well as Dilshan, even balls with 155 kmph speed was played well by him over the head. His highest score is 225 against India in Hyderabad with his six test centuries. His first was against Bangladesh. His captaincy was highly criticized when they lost two test series continuosly . But a win against South Africa kept his name for the post of captain of New Zeland. As a senior player on the team he should take care of the young players and keep them comfortable on and off the field and his captaincy is still yet to be polished to shine with great victories.
