The Auckland Aces vs. Central Stags HRV T20 Match will take place on 14th January, 2014. This match between the aces and the stags will be held at Eden Park Outer Oval Stadium in Auckland, New Zealand. Eden Park is the home ground or the home stadium of the Auckland Aces and it is therefore situated in Auckland city. Supporters of Auckland Aces are bound to show up on the day of the match to show their support for their team. The Eden Park is also a very huge stadium and it can accommodate 50,000 people. The match is last match before the semi finals of the HRV Cup. This means that it is going to be one crucial match. It might decide the survival of either one of the teams in the tournament.

The Auckland Aces are one of the ancient domestic cricket teams of New Zealand. They were founded in the year 1873. Gareth Hopkins is their captain while Matt Horne is their coach. They have won the Plunket Shield a marvelous twenty six times. They are also nine time winner of the Ford Trophy and three time winner of the HRV cup. They are said to be one of the strongest contenders of the HRV Cup. They have a great number of supporters too.

As for the Central Stags, they have Jamie How as their captain and Alan Hunt as their coach. They are not ancient like the Auckland Aces but they are a pretty great team too. They were founded in the year 1950. They have won the HRV cup two times. They are also nine time winner of the Plunket Shield or Shell trophy and four time winner of the Ford Trophy or Shell Cup. If they bring out their A game, they can very easily defeat the Aces.
