Lahore Lion Puts Mumbai Indians into Trouble-Full Report

Yesterday match could prove fatal for mumbai indians. They lost to Lahore Lions, and match was quite interesting though. 

Everybody was in a hope that Mumbai Indians will take this match easily, but things started to go wrong for the defending champions. Mumbai Indians started to bat first, but could not get a good head start. 

And rest of the players did not performed well, and the total score that Mumbai Indians were able to put was 135 runs in 20 overs, with loss of 7 wickets.

Lahore Lions played good and scored the total with 6 wickets in hand, with 8 balls still remaining.

Umar Akmal scored a total of 38 runs in just 18 balls, and he was the man who turned the game, helped his team to win the match. He was also declared man of the match. 

Now Mumbai Indians have to win all two other matches, to remain in this tournament.

Yeah, they are among the favorite teams that are participating in Championship league, and if they start on bad note, lot of expectations will be ruined. Mumbai Indians on the other hand are the defending champions and they needs to show what they got out there. But sometimes things don't go the way they should be. Also every season make coming of new players, so they need to also get themselves accustomed to the way team play the match.

Surely they performed better in the second match. And now hope of their participation in this tournament are quite more out there. One more match, and they could in the top 10 teams of this tournament. Till then fingers crossed, as how they perform in the coming matches. They have good batting line up with best of hussey, simmons etc. And in bowling they Harbhajan and Lasith Malinga. So,no doubt they are the best and stable team out there. But sometimes, best goes haywire and they need to focus more on the fact that they are defending champions. And they can afford a single match to get out of there hand. They are  so close to the tournament, and i think they know the importance being out there and lift the trophy. Rest is luck and their hard work also. Till then, just wait and watch, what happens out there.
