What a performance by the Antigua Hawksbills. Ok so the 8th was being played between the Antigua Hawksbills and St. Lucia Zouks. Zouks won the toss and elected to field first. Hawksbills showed a terrific performance in the batting line up and they managed to score 166 total runs in 20 over’s. J Charles and KOA Powell gave a fantastic start to the Hawksbills and both were playing fours all across the field. And rest of the batting line up followed them. Form the other side the bowling attack of Zouks was not that impressive and most of the bowlers were not economical while bowling and they gave 13 extra runs.
Now Zouks had a target of 167 to win. Tamim Iqbal and ADS Fletcher were good at the beginning, but after the batsman that came after them in the coming over’s, could not stand up the bowling attack of the hawksbills and they managed just to score 133 runs. From Hawksbills side the bowling attack was supreme by the MN Samuels as he took 3 wickets (Crucial) and gave just 10 runs in the 4 overs.
