India Vs Srilanka semi final match

A very good play by India! They restricted Srilanka to just 181 total and Indian bowlers did a very good job while bowling at the field. Although the condition on the ground -Sophia Gardens, Cardiff was not favorable for batsman at all, but it did support the bowlers. The reason is that, the ball was turning too much on this field and it looks like those sirlikanks bowlers would also find this field to be very good. Fast bowlers will also get good swing on this pitch.

Ishant Sharma and R Ashwin did a very fantastic bowling and both them took 3 wickets each.  From the Srilanka side, AD Mathew was the only Batsman who was the star performer of this match. He scored 51 runs and I think because of him only, Srilanka was able to score that much total. Only wickets of Srilanka fell, but the over got finished and hence Sri Lanka was having no other way to get a big total. The star performer of Sri Lanka TM Dilshan got retired hurt in the very beginning of the match and hence Sri Lanka lost his hitter who could play the ball outside the boundary. Let’ see how India performs in response to this total. Till then we can hope for the best and let's see how India performs in this fight for win. 

A very good play by the Indian side and finally they have cemented their spot in the finals. A good day to see India performance. Now I am hoping to see that their performance much better than the previous one in the final match. On the other hand, England would try to make as much as efforts to win the final tournament.

For both countries it will be long time when they have not win championship trophy. So both will try to win this trophy. In Indian side the batting is quite good, but bowling too has been done great especially the youngsters like ravinder jadgega. On the other hand, batting department is solid due to the impeccable performance by the Dhawan. He is quite good in his form at this tournament.

If India wins this tournament, it will show its dominance in all form of the cricket. On the other hand, for England it will be another trophy to add to the glory of their national game. So there are fair chances of each team winning this tournament. But I want a good match to happen and not that like of those semis, in which opposite teams were struggling to even cross the 200 marks. The finals need to be far more better than that.
