Adelaide Strikers (STR) and Perth Scorchers (SCO) teams are the two Big Bash League (BBL) teams created back in the inaugural season of BBL in 2011-12. Both the teams Adelaide Strikers and Perth Scorchers are attacking teams, and both the teams are BBL title-winning teams, and they know how to compete and win the tournament. Both teams comprise of good quality domestic uncapped Australian cricketers as well as overseas cricketers in their side. Perth Scorchers is the most consistent and balanced team of BBL with most BBL title wins.
Both the teams Adelaide Strikers and Perth Scorchers are equally strong and have played 19 matches against each other in BBL history. Adelaide Strikers has managed to win 9 games out of 19, and Perth Scorchers has also had won 10 times. Therefore it will be interesting to see which team is going to take the lead and dominate.
The current captain of Adelaide Strikers is Peter Siddle. He will lead the team in BBL 2021-22 and the captain of Perth Scorchers is Ashton Turner.
