Leagues- A Precursor or just a deleterious of modern cricket

As we are entering into an era, where every country is pushing their limits to excel in a thing called as 'League'.

My thoughts are that we are surely increasing the viewership of cricket worldwide, surpassing the limitation of money and Nurturing the talent of new lads.

On the other side, the dark side, we are slowly moving towards a phase where players are considering these leagues above their national playing. So are we moving towards a state that is cool and frozen or we are just ok with it.

Positive effect: Sprouting of new talent on large scale.

Negative Effect: Retirement stage of players coming down.

My opinion is that this is a very good move by BCCI for nurturing more number of Leagues throughout the world and making it go as viral as football is in European countries.
More number of Leagues means there will be players from International arena playing those leagues as well and more games, the body will rot a lot quicker than otherwise which will also bring retirement of players at early stage.
This is a good sign as many more players will get opportunity to represent one's country.
For example: If you currently see Sachin tendulkar, he is currently struggling in all forms of cricket and has to retire without any ceremony from ODI format. Such a legend didn't get any standing oviation. He is still playing Test because others think that there is no body who could replace him.
With these leagues, we will develop more capable players who can replace an out of form player and bring positive result for the country.
Additionally, revenue for the countries grows.
More number of local players playing also brings in employment.
This is what my opinion about these Leage cricket is.
