Welsh Fire Cricket Team

The Welsh team represents three counties including Gloucestershire, Somerset and Glamorgan. The team has Gary Kirsten as the coach of the men’s team while Matthew Mott  is the coach of the women’s team. The home grounds of the team are Sophia Garden (men’s team) as well as Briston County Ground and County Ground, Taunton (women’s team). The Welsh team will start its journey in The Hundred with the very first match of the tournament which is scheduled for 2021 against Oval Invincibles. Set to be hosted at Kennington Oval, it would be the first away match for the team as well.
