Today is the clash between Rajasthan Royals and Royal Challengers Bangalore.
This match can also be termed as battle of Royals.
Bangalore were thrashed by Mumbai Indians at Wankhade and hence they would be looking to get back on the track and go to top of the point table again with this win against Rajasthan. On the other hand Rajasthan would be looking for revenge after their great win over Sunrisers Hyderabad.
If Rajasthan wins today and wins it big, then they sure stand a chance to replace Bangalore from second spot and take that place. Bangalore has won all their matches at home and a couple outside. It will be a real test of trio whether they can keep the winning spree on outside Bangalore or not.
Players to watch out for from Bangalore side is definitely Chris Gayle, Virat Kohli, A B De Villiers and Ravi Rampaul who has been sensational with ball.
Shane Watson of Rajasthan is also on the supreme form. He scored a century followed by 98* in last couples of matches and Dravid would want him to take on the Bangalore Bowlers.
Teams are equally matched but Bangalore will not get a surface that they are used to playing at their home conditions.
It is evident from half of the tournament so far that Jaipur wicket has been bowler friendly and so it will be a huge task for Bangalore to break the fortress of Jaipur.

Jaipur has been the fortress of Rajsthan Royals and they have won all the 4 games played here in IPL 6.
Today Rajasthan bowlers will be tested as Kohli said during the toss that they would play exactly the same way they play at their home.
Is that an indication of another Gayle Storm instead of a sand storm in Rajasthan which is likely in Thar desert during these season.:)

Woah, Bangalore started off quite well with Chris Gayle going like mad again hitting boundaries after boundaries but the guy with the golden arm does it again.
Shane Watson has just removed Gayle when he was looking dangerous. Chris Gayle scored 34 runs in just 16 balls.
After the dismissal of Chris Gayle, boundaries haven't yet come till the end of the eighth pver and the last ball of the eighth over also produced a wicket.
Trivedi completely deceived Mukund and bowled him. Mukund was with Chennai Super Kings all these years and is playing his first game with Royal Challengers Bangalore.
Rajsthan has pulled off this game a little bit on their favor after dismissing Chris Gayle.
Kohli and De Villiers will have to bat through here to take their team to a safe and defendable total.

Whosoever wins, both are good side. Rahul dravid is quit good in making decision and pulling off the pressure in the peak times.

I am sure we will see a good match today.

Batting first Royal Challengers Bangalore managed to score a massive total of 171 runs.
Thanks to last over from Faulkner which went for 22 runs and the guy who hit those runs was Vinay Kumar.
He took on him and hit 3 sixes and 2 doubles to take the score from 149 runs from 171 runs.
Chris Gayle was again the top scorer for RCB with 34 runs in just 16 balls.
Virat Kohli played a slow innings of 32 runs in 35 balls.
Pick of the bowler for Rajasthan Royals was Shane Watson who took 3 wickets for just 22 runs in 4 overs with an economy of just 5.5
What an IPL the guy is having.
Century followed by unbeaten 98 and now 3 wickets for his team. Simply awesome.

Rajasthan Royals were chasing a massive total of 172 runs against the likes of Ravi Rampaul, Vinay Kumar and R P Singh.
Bowling unit of Royal Challengers Bangalore was really strong but Rajasthan has done it. They have defeated Bangalore at their fortress by 4 wickets.
Samson is the man today for Rajasthan today and he has come great. He scored an awesome 63 runs in 41 balls which included 7 boundaries and 2 massive sixes.
Watson played a role with bat as well and scored 41 runs in 31 balls and made sure that his team lands on the winning side.
His 41 runs included 3 boundaries and 1 six.
In the end Brad Hodge cameo came to Rajasthan rescue when Rajasthan all of a sudden tarted struggling. He scored 32 runs in just 18 balls which included 1 boundary and 2 sixes.
In the end, Rajasthan won the game by 4 wickets with a ball left to bowl.
Sanju Samson has been awarded the man of the match award for his brilliant half century which helped Rajsthan in winning the game.
When match got over, it looked like Shane Watson will get MOM award for his all round performance. He scored 41 runs and took 3 wickets but Samson knock was valuable as well.

aha! Gayle storm is getting cool, first by MI and then RR. RR performance was very good and they managed to put another victory here. All the players are working good and the team enthusiasm and confidence is looking great now. 

On the other hand, RCB was trembling to get up with the pressure mounted on them.

@skyshot: Not to forget RCB has still couple of home games left to pull them back to playoff and more over there are 6 games left for them out of which they just need to win two.
And out of 6 it is very much evident that Chris Gayle will play his part in at least tow. If not Gayle, either Kohli or De Villiers will.
Any one of the three fires in a game and that match for sure belongs to Bangalore.
So it is just between Punkab, Mumbai and Sunrisers to decide who wants to be fourth team to go for playoffs.
