An easy win for Indian side on this first ODI. West Indies
Side won the toss and choose to bat first. But they early blow in the form of
chris gayle who got out early. He was run out at zero runs.
Then Charles and Samuels played a partnership of 65 runs for
the second wickets. Charles got out on 42 runs. And Samuels after that, got out
on 24 runs. So Indies were 3 for 77 runs. Then came in DM Bravo and tried to
remain on the pitch for longer time. He is the only one who scored good runs.
He scored fantastic 59 runs after getting out at bowl bowled by pacer Shami.
After that none of the players of the West Indies side could
actually contribute in a big manner and then all able to score 211 as total
runs. So, now India had to choose 211 score. From Indian side, three bowlers
were good. Jadeja and Raina took 3 wickets each. Ashwin took 2 wickets.
