1. Johnson Charles

Johnson Charles holds the record of making the fastest century in the T20 international for West Indies. He added this record of the fastest century in 39 balls while playing against South Africa at Centurion in 2023. During West Indies’s tour to South Africa for a T20 series, Johnson Charles played an excellent innings of 118 runs from 46 balls while batting first but West Indies lost that match by 6 wickets. 

2. Chris Gayle

Chris Gayle holds the 2nd position for making the fastest century in the T20 international for West Indies. He achieved this feat in 47 balls while performing against England in Mumbai in 2016. In the 15th match of the T20 World Cup 2016, Chris Gayle added unbeaten 100 runs in 48 balls while chasing a total of 183 runs. That incredible innings of Gayle helped them to win the match by 6 wickets and Gayle was named Man of the Match. 

3. Evin Lewis

Evin Lewis is sitting at number 3rd place for making the fastest century in the T20 international for West Indies. He added this incredible inning of 100 runs in just 48 balls while playing against India at Lauderhill in 2016. India visited West Indies for a T20 series where Evin Lewis added 100 runs while batting first which helped West Indies to achieve a winning total of 245 runs. 

4. Chris Gayle

The West Indies' former player Chris Gayle stands at the number 4th position for making the fastest century in the T20 international for West Indies. This was the second time when Gayle struck the fastest hundred of his career. He did this feat in 50 balls while playing against South Africa in Johannesburg in the inaugural season of the T20 World Cup 2007. He added a total of 117 runs from 57 balls while batting first but could not save the match.

5. Rovman Powell

Rovman Powell is sitting at the number 5th position for making the fastest 100 in the T20 international for West Indies. He made this contribution in 51 balls while facing England at Bridgetown in 2022. England visited the West Indies for the T20 series where both teams faced each other in the 3rd T20. Rovman Powell showed an outstanding performance by making 107 runs from just 53 balls that helped West Indies to achieve a winning total of 224 runs.
