KL Rahul holds the record of making the fastest 50 in IPL for Punjab Kings. He achieved this feat while playing Delhi Capital in Chandigarh on 8 April 2018. KL Rahul struck a total of 61 runs completing his fifty off 14 balls. In the 2nd match of the IPL 2018, Delhi and Punjab faced each other in Mohali and Delhi made 166 runs while batting first. KL Rahul came to bat as an opener in order to chase the target of 167 runs against Delhi and he started well that supported Punjab to achieve the target very easily in 18.5 overs only. KL Rahul was also named Man of the Match in that match.

Nicholas Pooran is standing in the 2nd position for making the fastest 50 in IPL for Punjab Kings. He achieved this milestone from just 17 balls while performing against Sunrisers Hyderabad in 2020. In the 22nd match of the IPL 2020, when Punjab Kings and Sunrisers Hyderabad met each other on the field. Sunrisers got the chance to bat first and they added a big total of 201 runs on the scoreboard. The target was big and Punjab’s batter did not even perform well and the entire team was bowled out at 132. But Nicholas Pooran made an incredible effort by making 77 runs from 37 balls with five 4s and seven 6s at a strike rate of 208.10. Thus, he became the Most Valuable Player of that match for his outstanding effort with the bat.

David Miller holds the 3rd position in the list for making the fastest 50 in IPL for Punjab Kings. He reached to this milestone from just 19 balls while performing against Rajasthan Royals in 2014. In the 7th match of the IPL 2014, Rajasthan and Punjab faced each other in Sharjah, Dubai. Rajasthan got the opportunity to bat first and they added 191 runs on the scoreboard. In reply, Punjab did not get a good start and lost their 2 wickets quickly but David Miller was in another form and he added unbeaten 51 runs from 19 only, which helped them to reach the target of 192 in just 18.4 overs.

KL Rahul is listed at the number 4th position for striking the fastest 50 in IPL for Punjab. He made this fastest 50 from just 19 balls in the match against Chennai Super Kings in 2019. In the 55th match of the IPL 2019, Chennai Super Kings added a total of 170 runs on the scoreboard and set a target of 172 for Punjab. In reply, Punjab got a wonderful start with their two openers Rahul and Chris Gayle where KL Rahul contributed 71 runs from just 36 balls that helped them to achieve the target in 18 overs with 2 overs remaining. KL Rahul was named Man of the Match for his incredible 71 runs with seven 4s and five 6s at a strike rate of 197.22.

Deepak Hooda is standing at the number 5th position for making the fastest 50 in IPL for Punjab Kings. He did this feat from 20 balls while performing against Rajasthan Royals in 2021. Rajasthan and Punjab met each other for the 4th encounter of IPL 2021 at the Wankhede stadium of Mumbai on 12 April. Punjab played incredibly in the first innings and added 221 runs on the scoreboard. Deepak Hooda contributed outstanding 64 runs from just 28 balls with fours 4 and six 6s that helped them to reach that height. In reply, Rajasthan Royals could make 217 runs and lost the match by 4 runs.
