Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium is an international cricket stadium in the Pune city in India and is used to host the ODI as well as Twenty20 matches. The stadium is also known as Subrata Roy Sahara Stadium. The stadium is owned by Maharashtra Cricket Association and is been operated by Pune Stadium Ltd. The Stadium has been established in the year 2012 and has been designed by Hopkins Architects of London. US $4.6 million has been invested in the construction of this stadium. The stadium consists of the capacity of 55,000 audiences along with 166 executive suites. Till date only one international cricket match has been played on this ground i.e. a Twenty20 match between India and England.
