The 52nd match of IPL 2020 was played between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Royal Challengers Bangalore. The team SRH was led by David Warner, while RCB was captained by Virat Kohli. The match was played at Sharjah Cricket Stadium on 31st October. SRH won the toss and chose to field first.

From Royal Challengers Bangalore, the inning was opened by Josh Philippe and Devdutt Padikkal. It was not a good start for the team as Padikkal got out in the 3rd over at an individual score of 5 runs only. Virat Kohli came to join Philippe and move the score ahead, but in the 5th over only, Kohli also got out. Manish Pandey joined Saha to move the inning ahead, but in the 7th over, Pandey also got out. Saha was joined by Kane Williamson. In the 11th over, Saha also got out at a personal score of 39 runs. Abhishek Sharma joined Williamson and tried to play well. However, in the 13th over, Williamson got out, and in the 14th over, Sharma also returned to the pavilion. However, Jason Holder played well and with the help of Abdul Samad, he achieved the task. SRH won the match by 5 wickets, leaving 35 balls spared. From RCB, Yuzvendra Chahal got most 2 wickets.
