This match is going to be held in Queenstown Events Centre, in Queenstown. This is the eighth match of the World Cup and will be held on 16th of January 2014 at 10:30 AM, NZDT.

Scotland as a team was established in the 19th century, despite having an old cricket history. Small matches were arranged initially but later, it started participating in world cups and won several tournaments. The team got its independent status in the year 1994Several players of the Scotland team now play for the English teams.

Nepal on the other hand was formed in the year 2010 when the team won the ICC World Cup Cricket League where they beat USA and reached division four. However, the team failed to go beyond that division. The under nineteen team has nevertheless reached the second division and is playing at its best too. The sponsorships and domestic matches are being increased these days by the Cricket Association of Nepal and they are working on the development of the team. Despite of it being a new team, they have left their mark and are showing their prominence in the international cricket.

The match is expected to be one of the most nail biting matches of this tournament and many people have their eye on it.
