Dhoni tops the list with 78 matches and 46 wins, almost 60% win rate.
Even Gilchrist (61) who will most probably play his last IPL season this year is no where close to him. SO most probably it looks like this record is going to remain with Dhoni for quite a long time looking at his Leadership skills.
Dhoni will top for sure because of his consistency and ability...

@jeevan vas: a lot other captains has the ability, but it's the cool temperament of MS Dhoni that makes him completely different in the league.
He is the best captain in IPL and results stands along with him.
