He and Rohit hit the bowlers across the ground. In 14th over, Ishan Kishan got out at an individual score of 28. Rohit Sharma played a brilliant inning of 70 runs before losing his wicket. Kieron Pollard and Hardik Pandya played great innings in the last four overs and made the team reach a defendable score of 191/4 in 20 overs. From KXIP, the bowling attack was not much impressive. From Kings XI Punjab, Captain Lokesh Rahul and Mayank Agarwal opened the inning. In the 5th over, Mayank lost his wicket, and the score or team was 38 runs. Rahul was joined by Karun Nair, but unfortunately, he also lost his wicket with 0. Hence the team score was 39/2, and the team was under pressure. However, Nicholas Pooran and Lokesh Rahul tried to balance the inning and move the scoreboard, but they could not sustain long against an accurate bowling attack from MI bowlers. From KXIP, hardly a few batsmen could manage the score in double-digits. The team Punjab got all out at the score of 143 at a loss of 8 wickets in 20 overs. Hence MI won the match by 48 runs.
