The Bangladesh cricket governing body has announced the complete calendar for the ODI series with Ireland in the coming month of March 2023. The Ireland cricket board has already confirmed that they will visit Bangladesh in March 2023 in order to contest a 3 ODI match series against Bangladesh. The Bangladesh vs Ireland ODI series 2023 will commence on 18 March 2023 and the series will run till 23 March 2023. All the matches of the Ban vs Ire ODI series 2023 will be played at the same stadium Sylhet International Cricket Stadium, Sylhet.
Andy Balbarine will handle the command of the Ireland cricket team for the Bangladesh tour whereas Shakib Al Hasan will take the responsibility of the Bangladesh team. Currently, Bangladesh is at number 7th place in the ICC Men’s ODI team ranking whereas Ireland is sitting in 11th Position.
