Welcome to the fifth qualifying match of the Champions League T20. Faisalabad Wolves will play against the Kandurata Maroons. Maroons won the toss and decided to field first. Opening first, Wolves had a bad start as they lost their first wicket on 5 runs only. Quick wickets started to fell as the batting line up was not able to hold up. But then Misbah Ul Haq came in, and he started to play good. On the other side of him wickets were failing on the continuous basis. He scored 93 runs (not out), and played 71 balls and hit five 6s. So in total Wolves were able to put up a score of 146 runs in front of the Maroons.

PLM Jayaratne was the most economical from the Maroons side. Maroons came to bat, but their start was not that good as it should be. SHT Kandamby got out at 0 runs. The falling of wickets on regular intervals kept on. Only KC Sangakkara was able to score good runs and he scored 44 runs. But his contribution was not enough to make maroons win this match. From the Wolves side, Ehsan Adil took three wickets in 4 over and gave 26 runs.
