South Africa bowlers proves to be hot to handle for UAE - The 36th match of the World Cup 2015 was played between South Africa and United Arab Emirates. This was a Pool B encounter and it was important match for the South African side to win in order to gain access to the next round in the tournament. UAE on the other hand were trying to prove a point for the associate nation. In this match after winning the toss UAE decided to field first.

The UAE bowlers gave their team a great start as they took the wicket of Hashim Amla in the 3rd over. He lost his wicket after scoring 12 runs. Quinton de Kock and Rilee Rossouw partnered together to take their team to a score of 85 run s 16 overs. It was here when Kock lost his wicket after scoring 26 runs lost his wicket. Rossouw lost his wicket too in the 19th over after scoring 43 runs. AB de Villiers the super man of South Africa came into rescue once again. He scored 99 runs off 82 balls. Farhaan Behardien was the real star in this match as he came in late and scored 64 runs off 31 balls to take his team to a score of 341 in 50 overs. Mohammad Naveed was the leading wicket taker for the UAE as he took 3wickets in this match.

The opening partnership of UAE was broken in the 7th over. Andri Berenger was the first wicket to go. Amjad Ali too didn’t last long and lost his wicket in the 12th over of the game. The very next Khurram Khan too left the field after scoring 12 runs. Shaiman Anwar and Swapnil Patil partnered each other to take their team to a total of 108 in 30 overs. Shaiman Anwar lost his wicket after scoring 39 runs. This wicket opened gates for South Africans as they took wickets at the regular interval. Patil scored 57 runs while others failed to score runs as UAE lost all their wickets at score of 195 runs. With this South Africa won the match and AB de Villiers was named as the man of the match.
