The 4th test match of India vs England series 2021 was played at Narendra Modi Stadium, Ahmedabad on Mar 04-Mar 06 2021. Jasprit Bumrah was out and Mohammad Siraj was included in place of him. For England, Dan Lawrence and Dom Bess came in place of Archer and Broad. England captain, Joe Root won the toss and decided to have the bat in hand first. Zak Crawley and Dom Sibley were sent to open the first inning for England and Ishant Sharma got the new SG ball in hand.

In the second inning of England, again the top order of England was demolished by the Indian spinners, and half of the England team was sent back to the pavilion at the score of 65 runs only. Dan Lawrence tried to handle the situation but could not stay longer in front of India’s spinners and made 50 runs. The entire England squad was bowled out at the score of 135 runs only and lost the match by the inning and 25 runs. Thus, India had won the 4 Test matches Ind vs Eng 2021 series by 3-1. Axar Patel and Ravichandran Ashwin became the hero with the ball and both took 5 wickets each for India.
