Denmark Cricket Team

The Denmark cricket team is also one of the popular names which represent Denmark in the international cricket. It has been since 1966 that the team has been a part of the ICC as an associate member. Initially the team was a part of the ICC High Performance Program but later on it became a member of the ICC as well. The team played their first match in the year 1974 and that too against Canada. Though they lost the match but were able to win it during the limited over’s match. They also toured many countries like East Africa, Sri Lanka and Kenya thus being successful on all the grounds.Recently the team has been a part of the ICC World T20Qualifier whereby they were able to make their place at the 16th position. The star players of this team include Frederik Klokker who is not just a wicket keeper but an excellent player who brings a lot of enthusiasm in the team. His contribution to the team is surely important to win any match. Even the captain has accomplished all the duties to the fullest by understanding the match and taking the right decision which is good for the team.
