Anyway, Rilee Rossouw who came in place of Chris Gayle didn’t do much in the game as he went very early by just scoring 1 runs in 4 balls.

Ashish Nehra came back with a bang as he claime 3 wickets in the match for CSK and Ravichandran Ashwin, Mohit Sharma and Ravindra Jadeja shared 3 wickets equally.

While chasing not-so-big total of 155 runs CSK lost two wickets quite early of Dwayne Smith and Suresh Raina, never the less Dwayne Smith played another assaulting innings of 34 and he took only 17 runs to made it. After that Faf du Plessis and MS Dhoni (C) (W) really upped the ante for CSK as they both played and unbeaten innings to get back their confidence after three consistence loss in the tournament. Faf scored 54 runs in 43 balls and Dhoni supported him really well with all the possibilities he had after he got injured. Anyway the CSK skipper played a 28-balls 49 runs knock.

Well, the only two wickets were shared by Ravi Rampaul and Yuvraj Singh. MS DHONI got the Man of the Match award for his blazing innings.
